Mark Clements

Mark ClementsBorn in Bideford, Mark Clements was educated in Devon, London, Spain and Italy.

Mark has more than 10 years’ press experience, working at regional, national and international level. From 1998 to 2004, Mark managed and edited an industry-leading subscription newsletter with a turnover of £500,000.

Skilled in identifying the ‘news behind the news’, Mark has interviewed and established contacts with industry captains around the world, recognising what clients need to know and breaking many stories that were later taken up by the UK national press. 

Mark has been regularly asked to speak at conferences both in the UK and overseas, and his work has been frequently used on company and government websites around the world. He has also carried out research work for a number of government and charitable organisations and spent four years in research and support roles for various broadcast companies.

Mark also worked for a brief period in the London offices of Edelmann Public Relations Worldwide. His clients included the the National Dairy Council, The Aluminium Can Recycling Association, and the Mexican Tourist Board.

Mark has a BA (Hons) in Contemporary European Studies, majoring in Economics and speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
